**Contexte**:
Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de projets clés visant à soutenir la transformation de notre groupe et plus particulièrement de notre technologie, nous recherchons un Senior Finance Project Manager pour diriger quelques projets/streams dans un contexte international de transformation financière.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Senior Finance Project Manager pour diriger quelques projets/streams dans un contexte international de transformation de la finance.

**Missions**:
Diriger les projets/streams nécessaires dans le cadre du programme de transformation financière pour les produits et la technologie, en étroite relation avec la transformation financière.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes de l’entreprise pour aligner la stratégie, les exigences et soutenir le plan de gestion du changement.
Veiller à ce que la gouvernance des flux/projets soit bien exécutée et l’adapter si nécessaire.
S’assurer qu’ils fournissent ce qui est prévu dans le contrat
Veiller à ce que l’EMobG fournisse en temps voulu et en qualité les intrants prévus dans le contrat.
Organiser, coordonner et animer l’équipe de projet, qui peut être composée de ressources internes ou externes
Suivre / contrôler l’état et l’avancement des activités
Tout en laissant l’autonomie et la responsabilité aux équipes
Sans faire de microgestion
Tout en gardant une vision à 360 des plans, des changements, des événements et des progrès.
Veiller à ce que le plan soit exécuté comme prévu
Assurer un niveau de communication adéquat au sein et à l’extérieur de l’équipe de projet
Communiquer l’état des flux, en publiant des rapports réguliers au bon niveau de communication et adaptés à l’auditoire
Gérer les risques et les dépendances à la bonne vitesse
Débloquer la situation en toute autonomie ou par le biais d’un processus d’escalade approprié
Proposer et remettre en question le statu quo et les décisions si nécessaire
Veiller à la simplification et au respect des normes
Être responsable de l’engagement envers le projet
Coordonner, résumer et assurer la qualité des validations prononcées.

**Produits à livrer**:
Plan de projet défini et suivi pour répondre aux engagements/attentes, gouvernance appliquée selon le processus Product & Tech.
L’escalade, la décision, l’arbitrage sont correctement gérés.
Communication régulière avec les parties prenantes du projet, le P&T et la direction de l’entreprise
