**We are looking for an HR generalist Apprentice to join our team**

Our **Clean Mobility **activity is looking for an **HR Generalist Apprentice **for its **Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions (FHS) **Division**.**

The **Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions** division develops hydrogen storage systems, gaseous or liquid, for the automotive industry and hydrogen transport. Considered by **French government and the European Union to be of common interest**, it benefits from a significant financial support and the trust of key car manufacturers present on hydrogen enabling FHS to ambition becoming **the world leader in hydrogen storage systems**.

The HR apprentice will be part of the HR team of FHS and will directly report to the HRD of the division. He/She will be in constant interaction with:

- The HR central team of FHS: the talent development manager, the division HR controller and the competencies transfer manager
- The division local HR network
- The Talent development network of Faurecia Clean Mobility
- The FHS teams

The position will be based at FORVIA headquarters, in Nanterre.

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

Your missions:

- Talent Development
- Support the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
- Participate to global FHS talent development initiatives (career trajectory & strategic projects follow-up, potential sponsoring, etc)
- Support FHS training plan design with managers
- Support the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance review
- HR Project Coordinator
- Support in the deployment of the H2 School (internal training academy)
- Support organizational transformation and management development
- Support the team in managing and organizing social relations events
- Adhoc projects/missions
- People Analytics and HR Strategy
- Support the team in building the yearly Strategic Plan of FHS (scenario, geographic/product footprint, headcount impacts, talent/competencies impacts, budget, etc)
- Participate to the annual salary review, managing salary increase budget while insuring fairness and gender diversity objectives
- Participate to specific deliverables (gender diversity, M&A, international benchmarks)
- Master 1 or 2 with an HR specialization
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
- Analytical, rigorous, and detailed oriented
- Team spirit and international mindset
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English (working language)
