**We are looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join our team**

We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the **HR Development initiatives and missions** in our Head Quarters (HQ) in **Nanterre**. You will be supported in your development by our Talent Development Director.

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

Your missions:

- **Support to the People Reviews and other Talent Committees** preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc.)
- **Participate to SMPL** (Strategy, Marketing, Product Lines) & Global Clean Mobility **talent development initiatives** (Career trajectory & strategic projects follow-up, VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc.)
- ** Support management of Clean Mobility learning community** worldwide and training plan design with managers
- **Animate Talent Development community** and lead the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
- Ad hoc projects/missions

- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Master 2,
- A previous internship experience is a plus
