**Highlight Mission**

En rejoignant Breega, vous aurez l'opportunité d'accompagner l'équipe Middle Office sur le suivi, notamment financier, de ses participations et la relation avec ses investisseurs.

**Responsibilities**

Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité de notre Chief Financial Officer et de notre Finance Manager sur les aspects suivants:

- Aide à la valorisation des startups du portefeuille.
- Aide aux levées de fonds
- Préparation du reporting trimestriel destiné aux investisseurs
- Reporting spécifique à nos plus gros investisseurs
- Reporting spécifique à certaines administrations
- Animation de l’outil de gestion du Middle Office sur base Airtable
- Aide à la préparation des comptes des fonds
- De manière plus large : aide sur tout type de relations avec nos investisseurs et réponses aux questions diverses
- Suivi personnalisé du portefeuille (en fonction des besoins. Exemples : accompagnement ESG, collecte des KPIs...)
- Transmission des documents d’investissement
- Interface entre Breega, les comptables et les commissaires aux comptes

En fonction de votre intérêt, notre Chief Financial Officer (diplômée d’HEC et du Barreau de Paris, ancienne avocate en droit des affaires) pourra également vous former et vous faire participer à divers sujets juridiques tant sur les opérations d’investissement que sur la gestion de fonds

**Qualités attendues**
- Rigueur indispensable
- Bonne connaissance des méthodes de valorisation (multiples, transactions comparables, etc)
- Maîtrise d’Excel/Gsheet et grande aisance générale en informatique
- Excellentes capacités en calcul
- Fort intérêt pour la tech
- Autonomie et capacité d'adaptation rapide
- Français courant indispensable
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
