You join the 14-person Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team as a middle office finance manager. In this team, we work on the implementation and follow-up of complex LBO financing transactions originated by the ASF front office of the large client bank for the benefit of major French and international companies.
On a day-to-day basis, your tasks are:
- Set up and manage a portfolio of complex LBO structured operations;
- Manage and supervise cross-functional projects and internal team projects;
- Provide technical expertise to the front office during pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
- Monitor transactions (add-ons, reprings, A&E, draws, waivers, endorsements, refunds, accessions etc.).

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of significant experience in the field of Agency LBO or structured financing.
You are proficient:
- Structured finance transactions and analysis of the associated legal documents;
- Office tools, including Excel.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Organized and rigorous;
- Proactive;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You master English with a C1 level.
