Combining this with our legacy of being a trusted partner to >65,000 customers globally, means that our growth is only just beginning We're loooking for a... **Chief of Staff (gn)** **CEE (Focus Operations & Strategic Programs)** **Location: In one of our locations in Central or Eastern Europe or remotely** As Chief of Staff (gn) CEE (Focus Operations & Strategic Programs) you are member of the regional core leadership team and are bound to assure a high quality of our core business (sales performance, operations - and transformation processes). You guide and control accurate business planning across countries and regions, assure reporting and budgeting compliance as well as strategic transformation project quality. In this role you serve as an interface in these matters to the countries of the CEE region as well as to the related functions on other levels of the organization. A high level of empathy and cultural understanding will be required. In the position of Chief of Staff you are responsible for steering regional core business processes (transformation projects, business planning, operational excellence and next generation sales) with dedicated internal partners such as the CEE leadership team, country leaders, project managers, people & culture and finance. You demonstrate seniority and execution leadership on all aspects of the strategic process - and project management engagement. Your core mission is to improve and assure the quality of the foundation of our established continuous planning as well as our strategic transformation project governance. To do this, you should have a unique blend of business and organizational skills; a big-picture vision, and the drive to turn a concept into reality. You should have a strong dedication to structured work as well as good capabilities to orchestrate with empathy the ad-hoc accuracy of plans and KPIs. You are expected to be self-motivated and up to date with what is going on in the organization. In this role, you have to communicate and align with all areas of the company. You must adopt deep knowledge of the SoftwareONE core process, planning and reporting systems. You must demonstrate operational and tactical execution skills and tenacity in working with senior stakeholders to ensure the foundation of accurate and compliant process execution at SoftwareONE. This role could also be client facing and includes travel. The role: - You will report directly into the regional leader of CEE. - In this role you need to provide and coach knowledge of our core processes, our transformation and our planning requirements, have a good understanding of the timelines required and focus on execution. - Proactively share and coordinate information and guidance on rules and best practices between countries and different stakeholders. - Enabling our forecasts and monthly updates of KPIs in collaboration with our business management, our countries and our controlling. - Optimize internal project quality scores, engagement and adoption across the region. - Monitor and manage SoftwareONE CEE transformation status. - Successfully guide and coach the adoption of new operating models. - Collaborate with empathy and impact with related business functions. - Empower large deal engagement methodology, focus on sales performance management, strategic account planning and effective customer segmentation as a key element of the strategic transformation and growth target. **Your objectives**: - You define and execute proactive measures to improve operational excellence and productivity by deriving synergies from the CEE multi-country ecosystem. You are also creating and steering the development of business cases for investments based on country initiatives. - You support our country and functional leaders in their efforts to win and execute profitable core / services business. - Organize or facilitate effective business planning, guidance and control to take the organization to the next level of productivity excellence. What we need to see from you: - Solid experience in a leading IT company and of collaborating and orchestrating across multiple countries - Proven track record in multi-country program management and execution - Experience with key partner ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft) would be a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience in fast pace environments - Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to work well across functions - Solid skills to handle business intelligence and CRM systems - Ideally experience in one or more Central or Eastern European countries and resilience and reliability "under fire" - Fluent business English and ideally another Central or Eastern European language - This role requires interna
