The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable for ensuring the robustness and efficiency of Supply Chain processes at both the corporate and local levels. Through a comprehensive roadmap of global projects, we aim to drive transformation and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Our team also focuses on documenting and sharing best practices while delivering and maintaining KPIs that measure and enhance overall Supply Chain performance.

We are seeking for a Project Manager with strong expertise on demand & planning processes and tools, to be able to lead projects but also to bring his/ her support to the Business Process Referents on some specific missions if needed.

As a Supply Chain Project Manager you are accountable for several projects (or projects streams) you manage end to end : scoping, objectives setting, planning elaboration, identification and allocation of resources, requirements specifications, solutions testing, go-live preparation and support. All along the project lifecycle, you monitor and report the progress and the budget, you animate the different governances to ensure a good communication, an efficient steering and an optimal management of change and risks. You will bring your strong expertise on demand & planning processes and tools to the project.

**What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?**

The Supply Chain transformation roadmap can lead you to manage different projects, as illustrated below:

- Leading the D&P stream for a change of distribution flows in the US : implementation of new warehouses for some ranges, changing, from hub & spoke model to direct model for some others,
- Support to a multi-sourcing project for reagents, for the D&P part,
- Leading a project aiming to better integrate some ranges in our DRP tool for reagents (OMP),
- Leading a project to optimize the management of RSL (remaining shelf life) for reagents.

As a project manager, thanks to the combination of your functional and soft skills, you listen to and understand the requirements and challenges from the Business teams, you are able to propose innovative solutions and processes to bring them agility, resilience, Business and economic performance.

You translate this solution into a pragmatic implementation plan, orchestrate its execution and monitor associated risks.

You animate the steering committees of the projects you are in charge to guarantee an efficient progress follow up and you ensure the communication to secure users adhesion and alignment.

**Who are you ?**
- Master Degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in international context
- Significant experience on Demand Management and /or Planning processes, worked in project mode as leader or contributor.
- You are comfortable with systems in general, and you ideally already have a strong background on at least one of our systems : OMP, b2Wise, SAP APO-DP, SAP ECC
- You have good leadership and communication skills to efficiently lead projects and manage change successfully.
- You have strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
