The Global Learning & Talent team is responsible to design & drive initiatives & programs that support Getir workforce to perform at their best - we're now seeking our next Global Learning & Development Business Partner to lead on some exciting Senior Leadership Development projects

**What You'll Be Doing**

Supporting Manager Capability:

- Partner on designing & delivering custom solutions that support Manager Capability globally
- Work with Country business teams to identify & design specific requirements for Manager Capability
- Create a culture of Peer Learning by driving Manager gtalks

Senior Leader Development:

- Engage with external partners to identify solutions for critical Sr Leader Development priorities
- Track & drive adoption & share reports

Mentoring Program:

- Work with the Learning Team to launch an internal Mentoring program available for all Getirians
- Partner with countries Learning Champions to drive adoption & share reports

Getir Learning Catalog:

- Partner with the Learning team to design content & internal solutions that address priority Learning & Development needs from each country
- Facilitate programs on relevant topics
- Track & drive adoption & share reports

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 6 years experience in Learning & Development & partnering with Business (ideally in Tech sector)
- Stakeholder management experience & ability to collaborate with global teams
- Solution design & content creation experience
- Program facilitation skills and strong communication
- Adept with data management
