The Company operates from the US, France, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Peru and India, and has an exciting opportunity in its US office.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve customers by identifying their needs, and then helping to solve both questions directly related to Semarchy products as well as closely related technologies with the help of our internal teams when needed
- Effectively communicate our product features to customers
- Communicate the needs of clients to our development and product management team
- Share solutions (articles), document bugs and workarounds as well as extensions created (java, scripting) to solve complex customer problems

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas
- 3+ years’ experience working with data in a similar role (Consultant or Support)
- Passion for the job and working in a customer focused environment
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Rigorous with excellent communication skills, teamwork with spirit of initiative are the keys to success
- Excellent english written/verbal communication, presentation and creativity skills
