**Role Purpose**
The Duty Manager works under the responsibility of the Airport Operations Manager and participates in the operational organisiation of the department inclding but not limited to, personnel and customer service.
**What you will be doing**
- Supervision of the team during shifts.
- Adjust staffing levels according to operational needs.
- Always ensure compliance with customer airline procedures.
- Ensures that all staff comply with the company's safety & security standards, and that employees understand that the company's #1 priority is safety.
- Establish good relations with the airport's various stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner in all circumstances (suppliers, subcontractors, etc.).

- Experience and skills in team management
- Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels and motivate field teams
- Ability to create strong interpersonal relationships and a good working environment
- Strong customer service and relationship orientation
