The Regional Marketing Communications Specialist at Clinisys Europe will be an integral part of the Clinisys Marketing team whilst specifically supporting the Clinisys B2B business in France and Spain. This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.

**THE POSITION**

The Clinisys Marketing team sits at the heart of our business and is central to the go-to-market effort around our products and services. The Regional Marketing Communications Specialist at Clinisys Europe will be an integral part of the Clinisys Marketing team whilst specifically supporting the Clinisys B2B business in France and Spain. This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the regional marketing plans to help influence brand awareness and perception, generate leads and enable the sales teams to meet their commercial objectives with new customer acquisition/bids, renewals and business growth within existing customers, and to support customer retention. The regional marketing plans include a wide range of integrated digital/ online and offline tactics all designed to achieve the above objectives.

Are you an experienced, all-rounded marketing expert with a passion for laboratories and technology? As Marketing Communications Specialist at Clinisys, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimizing all marketing activities in your regions to achieve pipeline goals.

You’ll work closely together with our marketing and sales teams to coordinate, execute & analyse the different campaigns and activities.

Success will be determined through a variety of qualitative and quantitative KPIs. It will be built on a good understanding of the business goals and translating those goals into marketing strategies for the target markets, and in close collaboration with the marketing team, the sales team as well as the wider Clinisys organisation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**

The Regional Marketing Communications Specialist will
- Develop, manage and execute the regional marketing plans for the French and Spanish markets; collaborate closely with the sales teams of these regions to seek buy-in for the marketing plan and tactics
- Plan and implement localised multi-channel marketing campaigns; run regional prospect and customer communication and survey campaigns to build closer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, create demand and improve regional market understanding
- Analyse local marketing needs
- Clean and enrich our lead and contact database
- Select and integrate marketing technologies to improve marketing efficiency
- Support wider EU and global marketing activities

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**

We are looking for a high energy, innovative all-rounder, with:

- At least 5 years experience in marketing communications in a B2B environment
- In-depth understanding of the sales and marketing funnel, conversion performance and how marketing contributes to and influences revenue
- Experience with multi-lingual content development/ SEO and localization across multiple channels
- A hands-on mentality and is not afraid of rolling up sleeves and getting things done
- Experience working within the healthcare industry or laboratory technology industry would be a plus
- A positive and collaborative attitude, committed to working as part of a team and going above and beyond to deliver agreed goals
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe

**TECHNICAL & OTHER SKILLS**
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Languages: fluent English, French & Spanish.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor level in marketing/communications or equal by experience
