The Regional Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in implementing and supporting marketing strategies within their specific specialty area. This position encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including managing projects related to the respective specialty, supporting product launches and marketing campaigns by planning, coordinating, and delivering all necessary assets. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist drafts various communications, and marketing aids and participates in regular reporting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, an agile approach to change, and the ability to contribute effectively and enthusiastically to the overall marketing efforts.
**As Regional Marketing Specialist you will have to**:
**General Responsibilities**:
- Execute marketing and advertising initiatives in alignment with strategic plans set by the Marketing Director for the specific marketing activity.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with internal agency for the creation of marketing materials and content relevant to the specific marketing activity, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Analyze data to evaluate the efficiency of initiatives within the context of the marketing activity, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, content, and lead generation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align initiatives and goals for the marketing activity, and report progress and results to the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain brand standards within the marketing activity and ensure consistency with company-wide branding.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with team members in other departments to align goals and strategies across the organization.
- Provide writing and editing support in both French and English, including translation services; facilitate translation of other languages for required marketing activities.
- Monitor and process mailbox inquiries.
- Support other marketing activities as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
**Regional Marketing**:
- Plan, organize, and execute regional tradeshow events to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Coordinate with local vendors, manage budgets, and measure event success through lead generation and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide outbound support and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Attend sales-related meetings to present marketing insights and contribute to strategic discussions aiming at alignment between marketing activities and regional sales goals.
- Help define and achieve lead goals for the assigned region(s), ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
- Setup and support outbound campaigns to target specific customer segments and generate qualified leads.
- Track lead metrics through various stages of the sales funnel and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Implement tools and processes for effective lead tracking and management within the region.
- Coach the sales team on all aspects of lead management as per our policy and process.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, refine lead scoring models, and improve lead management processes for enhanced conversion rates and ROI on marketing activities.
- Support sales teams with sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and training resources.
- Foster strong collaboration between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing within the region, ensuring strategies and initiatives are in sync with global marketing objectives and company values.
- Aid channel partners to ensure effective marketing collaboration and maximize channel performance.
