As a future **Junior** **Financial Fund Manager**, you will report to the **Head of Operational Financial Fund Manager**, and you will be part of **AXA IM** **PRIME **business unit.

As a key member supporting a team of 6, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of operations linked to the financial management of alternative funds.

The key responsibilities of this role span across various areas:

- Work closely with the operations team and fund administrators, covering daily, monthly, and annual operations, tax & accounting production, onboarding new investments, data collection, and internal various projects
- Support daily capital calls and distribution instructions and validation processes
- Review and monitor daily cash and position reconciliation
- Receive and archive the payment/capital call/distribution notices from external parties and instruct the payment in fund administrator platforms
- Maintain, store, and archive the data of the different funds in IT systems
- Coordinate and gather Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Client (KYC) requests at the onboarding of investments as well as ongoing refresh reviews, based on regulatory and business needs, including tracking all AML/KYC reviews and requests
- Organize the governance and boards of the funds under management and prepare various PowerPoint presentations of the portfolios
- Support the operational team for various projects and data collection and analysis tasks across the different fund portfolios to be shared with internal and external stakeholders. Support on the financial account statements production, notably coordinating and complying with all external audit requests

**Votre profil**:

- Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Experience - Internship or alternance included - in Operations / Middle Office in Private Debt / Private Equity and/or in an Asset Manager
- Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to new situations, processes, and technology
- Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach
- Reliability and integrity
