As a future **Senior Financial Portfolio Manager**, you will report to the **Head of Financial Fund Management** for PRIME, and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit. AXA IM Prime is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified sources of private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. The company manages €5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years and has 100+ employees across three offices. **DISCOVER your opportunity** Your main mission is to ensure the smooth execution of the operations linked to the financial management of alternative funds. Fund Set-up - New Fund Launch: Participate in launching new alternative funds by setting up operations, coordinating with service providers (Fund Administrator, Transfer Agent, Depositary, and Custodian), managing investor onboarding (KYC, AML, subscription documents), and leading internal and board approval processes. - Investment Onboarding: Establish communication with stakeholders, update systems, fill subscription documents, and lead AML KYC for the division. Financial Management - Capital Calls and Distributions: Manage capital calls and distributions from investments, book transactions, perform payments and cash reconciliations, define budgets, instruct calls and distributions to Limited Partners (LPs). - Liquidity Management: Conduct liquidity stress tests, monitor fund cash flow, and manage investment transfers. Portfolio Monitoring - Performance Tracking: Analyze fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, Cash Yield) and risk indicators (liquidity stress tests, FX risk, concentration limits), ensuring proper management of ALM and commitments. Investor Relations - Investor Coordination: Handle investor requests, produce quarterly reports, and ensure a smooth investor experience. Governance - Board Meetings and Documentation: Produce agendas, supporting documents, and minutes for board meetings, draft documentation for internal committees and maintain process documentation and control cards. Transformation Projects - Project Participation: Actively engage in department transformation projects. **Votre Profil** **SHARE your unique expertise** We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences.
