As we grow our Digital Compliance Department, **we are looking for a Compliance Analyst / Project Manager** to join our dynamic Digital Compliance team

**As Digital Compliance Analyst / Project Manager**, you will be situated in the Cybersecurity team and have the unique opportunity to drive diverse compliance projects (AI, IOT, Cyber, Blockchain, GDPR, Web 3.0, NFT), collaborating with cross-functional teams to help monitor the implementation of digital compliance strategies and initiatives globally. This role requires a strong understanding of applicable digital compliance frameworks, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate by reporting directly to the _Digital Regulatory Compliance Leader_.

**Why We Need You?**
- Help in the orchestration of legal, cybersecurity, digital issues - cross Business Units/Countries.
- Investigate compliance risks, suggest remediation plans, and report to leadership.
- Support and monitor cross-functional corrective actions to adjust non-compliance.
- Help animate and raise digital compliance scores internally.
- Project Management: Ensure digital compliance activities are completed efficiently by teammates, deadlines respected, and workflows maintained (Dashboard creation, KPIs, etc.)
- Research regulatory updates and different sources of information relating to new technologies.
- Prepare compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Design digital briefs, guidelines, newsletters (document design skills are a plus)
- Help conduct compliance impact assessments: programs, products, and services.
- Find and utilize technology and tools to aid in the automation of digital compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote and support a culture of compliance.

**What Gets Us Excited About You?**

Your Experience:

- 5+ years of experience working as a compliance project manager with internal audit teams, privacy teams, product teams, and compliance automation tools. You should have experience managing big projects in large organisations with several product teams within a scaled Agile framework.
- Strong knowledge of global data privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CPRA, PIPL, etc.)
- Experience using Privacy technologies such as OneTrust, Smart Global Governance, Data Legal Drive (Data Mapping is a plus)
- Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem including programmatic technologies and platforms (i.e. Cookie Tracking, Analytics).
- Knowledge of compliance and audit frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, NIS2.
- Experience working in large scale organizations with large scale projects and programs.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures.
- Ability to Support Teams, Monitor Action Plans cross-business units to increase compliance scores.

- Proficiency - in compliance management software/tools is desirable.
- Experience working with complex stakeholder landscapes and ability to build trusting relationships across disciplines and hierarchies.
- Strategic thinking - ability to balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals to drive projects to completion.
- Problem solving skills - passion for solving problems creatively.
- Creative - you like digital design and have Document Design skills (a big plus)
- Tech Savvy - Interest in new technologies: AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity.
