**The Role**:
The financial and crypto ecosystem is evolving fast, and with it come complex regulatory requirements, new fraud patterns, and increasing expectations from regulators and partners. To keep pace, we are expanding our compliance function to ensure we continue to operate safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with local and international frameworks.

This new role is key to protecting our customers, our company, and the financial system. You’ll be at the intersection of finance, regulation, and technology, working daily to detect, prevent, and mitigate risks in a fast-moving environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Compliance and Anti-Fraud Management**:

- Handle daily processing of client scoring alerts (atypical amounts, large volumes, logins from high-risk jurisdictions).

**Support for Internal Control**:

- Manage fraud cases, contribute to the detection and resolution of incidents.
- Carry out continuous compliance checks, particularly regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CFT).

**Development of Regulatory Frameworks**:

- Take part in drafting and rolling out regulatory frameworks, such as compliance, fraud, and legal procedures.

**What We're Looking For**
- Understanding of banking and financial systems.
- Knowledge of ACPR and AMF regulations.
- Familiarity with Blockchain technology.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong emphasis on fraud analysis and financial security.
- Proficiency with office software tools.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in French & English.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, perseverance, and team spirit.

**Interview Process**:

- ** Role-Specific Interview (60 min)**
A discussion with **Oscar (Financial Crime Officer)** and another member of the **Compliance team** to dive deeper into your experience handling complex compliance cases.
- ** Team Fit Interview (45 min)**
A conversation with **Sandrine (Head of Risk & Compliance)** and **Celia (Internal Control & Risk Analyst)** focused on team dynamics, collaboration, and your preferred ways of working.
- ** Founders Round (30 min)**
A final discussion with our **founders** to align on values, working styles, and share what it’s like to build and grow at **Bitstack**.
