Nous recherchons pour une cabinet d'avocats d'affaires un "Associate Talent Acquisition H/F., bilingue anglais/ français. - Supports and collaborates with Chief Associate Talent Officer, Senior Manager of Associate Talent, and the broader Associate Talent team to drive recruitment, retention, and development of top legal talent across EMEA, with a focus on Paris. - Conducts, analyses, and shares market research and intelligence with Associate Talent leaders to inform, shape, and develop talent management strategies and priorities. - Prepares internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed for Associate Talent leadership on industry trends, key performance indicators, and other relevant topics. - Coordinates, executes, and manages end-to-end associate recruitment process for the firm’s Paris office, including job fairs and initiatives for law clerks, jurists, and trainees, while providing administrative support to firm’s broader EMEA recruiting efforts in collaboration with key firm teams. - Supports the development, coordination, and execution of market and associate surveys, and works closely with local office personnel to ensure effective execution. - Provides administrative support and coordination to EMEA offices for all broader talent initiatives in addition to recruitment efforts, including the firm’s enhanced mentoring program, attorney year-end evaluations, Global Committee on Associates, lateral associate integration, amongst others. - Serves as a resource to associates, partners, and professional staff on firm’s Associate Talent initiatives, providing guidance on best practices, firm protocols, and resources. - Supports and assists in the facilitation of associate training with guidance from firm’s Director of Professional Development. - Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors on social media content and other branding methods to elevate firm’s brand in the market. - Aids greater Associate Talent team (including Attorney Coaching, Attorney Recruiting, and Professional Development) as well as the firm’s Engagement team as appropriate to further advance the team’s objectives. - Participates in local and firmwide associate programming, events, and activities. - Other duties as assigned. Other Qualifications & Requirements: - Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills, including strict attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing demands while maintaining excellent quality and accuracy of work product. - Proactive self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. - Ability to pivot and adapt to change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. - Strong ability to take initiative and anticipate needs while exercising sound judgment in escalating situations or decisions to Associate Talent leadership when necessary. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships a wide range of individuals and perspectives cross-offices and cross-functions. - Strategic thinker with ability to translate concepts into actionable items and written reports. - Strong communication (oral and written) skills. - Ability to provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients. - Discretion in dealing with confidential information. - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, - Teams, etc.) and ability to adapt to new software programs as needed. - Flexibility in regard to hours and willingness to travel as needed Type d'emploi : Temps plein Statut : Cadre Rémunération : 65 000,00€ à 85 000,00€ par an Avantages: - Flextime - Intéressement et participation - Prise en charge du transport quotidien - RTT Horaires: - Du lundi au vendredi - Travail en journée Rémunération supplémentaire: - 13ème Mois Lieu du poste : En présentiel
