We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five‑star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.As the Operations Associate, you will lead the charge in acquiring and ensuring the quality of our top‑rated chauffeurs. You will play a crucial role in improving our business performance in France, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience, and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement best practices for acquiring and ensuring quality among Wheely chauffeursManage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign‑up to their first journeySource and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipelineConvert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in‑person meetingsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experienceAct as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with the chauffeur communityStay up‑to‑date with compliance requirements in the sector and ensure that they are metRequirementsExperience in operations management, preferably in a fast‑paced environmentStrong problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering creative solutionsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environmentExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in using BI tools; SQL proficiency is a plusExperience in working on large‑scale recruitment processes with the ability to efficiently source, screen, and qualify high volumes of chauffeursExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage chauffeurs at scale while maintaining a personalized approachDemonstrated emotional intelligence with a customer‑centric approachWhat we offerCompetitive salary and quarterly performance‑based bonusPrivate health, life and critical illness insuranceMonthly credit for journeys with WheelyLunch allowanceNavigo and Veligo travelProfessional development subsidiesBest‑in‑class equipmentOffice‑based role located in Paris; Wheely has an in‑person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed, with a minimum of four days in the office per weekAll of your personal information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with Wheely's Candidate Privacy Notice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
