The successful HR Manager will contribute ideas and views to strengthen the French ongoing business and operational success.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that the firm’s culture, values, and environment support and enhance their performance
- Ensure that all People Strategies, policies, and procedures are consistently deployed in line with the firm’s stated values.
- Work with Global HR Business Partners to enable/enhance performance management process, talent, and succession and ensure compliance with Remuneration Policy and any other applicable regulation.
- Partner with Global Total Rewards organization to assist Tricentis and executive management in developing reward programs and systems which recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience, and performance.
- Partner with senior leadership in region as a trusted advisor for their business.
- Aligning on reward systems that are market-based, equitable, cost-effective and drive appropriate behaviors.

Required experience and skills:

- Business acumen and understanding of the software technology sector across France. Qualified proven track record of heading up HR for small to mid-sized institutions as the sole HR professional for the country
- Change management skills, experience in evolving an HR proposition across multiple business lines.
- Ability to pivot form operational to strategic responsibilities as and when required. A positive, proactive approach delivered in collaboration with the business and global HR Organization and seen as a trusted advisor.
- Experience in French Employment laws & regulations
- Experience in working with local Work Councils
- Experience in dynamic growth environment
- Experience of HR systems such as Workday highly desirable.
- French and English fluency are required.
