HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?
You will be part of the customer & sales experience team.
You organize and lead design thinking workshops to deliver new features. You support Product owners in the implementation of his product and then follow-up (bugs correction, testing, UAT phases - using tools such as JIRA and Confluence).
You will build adoption reports in order to display relevant KPIS for our Maisons (on Google Analytics, link with other streams).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?
You are curious, organized, tech-oriented, creative and customer-centric : solution oriented and Agile (SCRUM).
You are familiar with design thinking methods and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
You lead workshops, run tests and deal with Development teams.
You are at ease with reportings, and datas.
You are currently graduating a MBA, a Master degree of a PhD in Digital Marketing.
Fluent English is mandatory.
