We are looking for a **Global D2X e-Commerce Manager (Maternity Leave Cover : 14 months)** to ensure the continuity and performance of Amer Sports’ D2X e-commerce channel, covering both Employee Sales and the Amer Sports Pro Club.

This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, driving digital growth, and aligning multiple brands across the Amer Sports portfolio. You will lead business performance, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure the D2X platform delivers a seamless experience to over 80,000 brand advocates and employees globally.

**Your Main Missions**

- Drive D2X business performance across Employee Sales and Pro Club channels, ensuring revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement, sales) and collaborate with brand teams to optimize results across markets.
- Oversee the platform roadmap, managing 3 full-time developers on sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure platform stability, compliance, and integration with the Shopify rollout, coordinating with IT, legal, and brand stakeholders.
- Lead the marketing and campaign calendar (approx. 150 campaigns per year), including seasonal peaks such as Employee Sales and Black Friday.
- Approve content, translations, and creative materials, ensuring cross-brand consistency.
- Deliver clear performance reporting and insights to senior management and brand stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional projects with e-commerce, IT, and CRM teams to align with the global digital ecosystem.
- Lead and develop a team of 5 international professionals (developers, operations, and member services), ensuring alignment, motivation, and delivery throughout the cover period.

- Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans la croissance digitale, la stabilité opérationnelle et l’alignement multi-marques au sein du groupe Amer Sports. Vous piloterez la performance business, la gestion de projets transverses et l’amélioration continue de la plateforme D2X, tout en garantissant une expérience fluide pour plus de 80 000 collaborateurs et ambassadeurs de marque dans le monde._
