About the role:
Opella is seeking a highly motivated Media Relations Intern for a 6-month internship to assist in setting up our press bureau and media monitoring efforts. The intern will work closely with the Global Media Relations Lead to support media outreach, monitor news coverage, and contribute to developing our media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and organizing the press bureau.
- Conduct media monitoring and report on relevant coverage.
- Help with media list management and outreach activities.
- Support the creation of press materials and reports.
- Track and analyze media coverage metrics.
- Help maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
- Support the planning and execution of global media campaigns around brand and corporate milestones.
- Support LinkedIn editorial planning for Opella’s leadership team.
About you:
- Experience: You have experience in Corporate Communication, or you have a strong interest in media relation, public relations and communication.
- Skills: You know how to use Microsoft Office and you have an excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. But also proactive, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Education: You are in a Master 2 in Communication.
- Languages: Fluent in both English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
