As part of the Bobbi Brown EMEA Regional Marketing Team, you’ll be at the intersection of our international headquarters in New York and local markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll contribute to building a strong brand presence through impactful 360° activations, reporting directly to the Senior 360° Marketing Lead.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**360° Campaigns & Product Launches**

Assist in creating and executing comprehensive (re)launch plans for new product innovations across all consumer touchpoints.

Prepare and communicate Go-To-Market presentations to local markets.

**Market & Brand Support**

Act as a key point of contact for local markets, ensuring their operational needs are met across multiple categories.

Monitor the execution of brand strategies, including influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and regional activations.

Adapt 360° marketing materials (leaflets, media assets, newsletters, banners, etc.) to suit local market needs.

**Performance Analysis & Competitive Insights**

Track brand performance through market analysis and media reporting (EMV/SOV).

Prepare post-launch reports, extracting key insights and learnings.

Conduct competitive reviews, analyzing new product launches and associated marketing strategies.

**Operational & Strategic Support**

Coordinate marketing requests and ensure the timely delivery of assets.

Assist with sampling and GWP (Gift With Purchase) strategies.

Support the development of a regionalized citizenship strategy.

Help communicate best practices across the EMEA region.

Assist in the logístical coordination of the marketing department.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Marketing
- At least one or two 6-month internships in marketing and/or digital communications, ideally in the beauty industry
- Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized with strong communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of precision
- Flexible and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and key contacts
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team spirit
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
