**Business Operations Analyst**to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability of the company. The individual in this role will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, have an analytical mindset, and enjoy prioritizing complex business initiatives. **What You Will Do**:

- Interact with key stakeholders across all areas of the organization
- Effectively communicate requested changes, desired results, and project requirements
- Prepare document findings, reports, presentations and make compelling recommendations that align with company goals and objectives
- Measure, analyze, and interpret data from metrics, project requirements, and other resources; provide results to management and project teams
- Gather information by observing workflows, reading company reports, conducting employee interviews
- Determine the overall effectiveness of new processes
- Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- KPI generation and maintenance
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives
- Partner with other project areas and departments to coordinate interdependencies, resolve issues and conflicting goals
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Manage competing resources and priorities
- Champion a positive and engaged workplace culture while working alongside project stakeholders

**Profil recherché**

**The Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years’ management/strategy consulting, business operations, financial analyst, and/or business controller experience
- Analytical; a quick learner who can break down complex business and operational problems and derive actionable insight from the data
- Strong ability to lead through influence rather than authority, working with individuals and teams to plan the scope of a project; direct work, forecast financial outcomes, manage change, monitor time constraints
- Ability to analyze documents, user surveys and workflows, delivering problem-solving solutions
- Superior project management skills: process design, improvement, and implementation/execution
- Entrepreneurial and works with a sense of urgency
- Very comfortable with systems; experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms, an expert in Excel, can leverage technology to create efficiency, is able to quickly learn new systems and platforms
- Sound knowledge and expertise in designing processes, systems and evaluating the implications of changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels; ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
- Understands business problems specific to company initiatives and objectives
- A team player and highly collaborative

**Experience You Should Definitely Brag About**:

- Prior work in an international company
- Master’s Degree
- Background in 3D software development technology
- Proficient in both English and French
