**WHY WE NEED YOU ?**

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our **Product** team to lead the **Network Products** roadmap and strategy.

Your mission will be to manage the Network Product team and shape a clear product vision (VPC, Load Balancer, Public Gateway, Interlink, Edge Services, VPN, CDN) in order to deliver scalable, resilient, and competitive network services for our customers.

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**

You will be part of a team of **2 experienced Product Managers**, organized into two squads (Network Products Core and Network Products Edge). The team collaborates closely with engineering and with other tribes (Compute, Storage, Compute Foundation).

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Network Products (VPC, Load Balancer, VPN, CDN, etc.).
- Coach and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Manager of various seniority, supporting their daily work and career growth.
- Identify pain points and opportunities to help the team in their operational duties, stepping in as acting PM/PMM when needed.
- Work closely with engineering teams to overcome delivery challenges and strengthen collaboration.
- Partner closely with the Head of Engineering Network to synchronize product and development roadmaps.
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple product streams, ensuring delivery and scalability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for rollout of new features, tiers, and regions.
- Engage with key partners (Colt, OBS, France Connect, Megaport) to develop integrations and improve services.
- Ensure product consistency in terms of user experience, business impact, and technical approach.
- Define and track KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Anticipate future market trends to expand Scaleway’s network product portfolio.

**ABOUT YOU**

**HARDSKILLS**:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including team leadership.
- Strong expertise in **networking products** (VPC, Load Balancer, Connectivity, Network Security, CDN).
- Proven ability to define and execute a strategic product vision.
- Technical background in networking or cloud engineering.
- Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

**SOFTSKILLS**:

- Strong leadership with experience managing senior PMs.
- Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to help team members grow and thrive.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery.
- Assertive yet collaborative, with strong relationship-building skills across engineering and business functions.

- Confident communicator, able to represent the product team internally and externally.
