**WHY WE NEED YOU ?**

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product team to accelerate the development and positioning of our Block and File Storage offerings.

Your mission will be to lead the product strategy and roadmap for Block & File Storage in order to deliver high-value, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**:

You will be part of a team of 6+ people on the engineering side, you will report to a Head of Product Storage and will work closely with the Lead PM Storage and PMM Storage. The team is focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and competitive storage products that power core use cases for customers using Kubernetes and Instances.

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**:

- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to refine the product positioning of Block and File Storage.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap in coordination with engineering, business, and customer teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Kubernetes and Instances to ensure strategic alignment and smooth delivery of integrated experiences.
- Progress the evolution**of the File product beyond an MVP to scale and meet the expectations of new clients
- Deploy new regions, scaling of the Block product (reliability), and working on our differentiator to gain market share

**ABOUT YOU**:
**SOFTSKILLS**:

- Excellent communication: you’ll be at the center of many products and will need to create tight and meaningful relationships with different stakeholders and other product managers
- Leadership mindset: autonomous, decision-oriented, and capable of rallying stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical thinker - able to synthesize high-level overviews while diving deep into technical details.
- Fluent in French and English

**HARDSKILLS**:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience with highly technical products and working with technical audiences (developers, data engineers, etc.)
- Knowledge of the cloud market and our competitors’ offerings
- Experience with block or/and file storage is a plus
