**About the Team**
The EMEA OEM & Alliances Manager will be part of a dynamic marketing team focused on driving partnerships and enhancing market presence for Nutanix across the EMEA region. This team is distributed across various locations in Europe, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The mission of the team is to build strong relationships with OEMs and alliances, leveraging marketing initiatives to generate business opportunities and impact revenue growth while adapting to the diverse needs of the market.
You will report to the OEM and Alliances Marketing Manager, who values a fun and enjoyable work environment where team empowerment and independence are prioritized. The manager encourages open communication and collaboration while fostering a culture that learns from challenges. The work setup for this role is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work. While specific requirements for in-office days are not fully detailed, the new hire will be expected to engage with the team in person periodically.
The travel requirements for this role are mínimal but could increase to approximately 10-20% as the role evolves. Most communication with internal and external stakeholders will be conducted via virtual meetings or phone calls, with occasional travel necessary for meetings or events.
**Your Role**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to align on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects with external alliance partners, ensuring timely execution and adherence to goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities using data-driven metrics to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and alliance partners to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and present results to management and stakeholders.
- Adapt strategies based on feedback and performance metrics to achieve marketing goals.
- Reach out to internal stakeholders to establish relationships and understand business priorities within the first three months.
- Generate opportunities through marketing efforts, converting them into tangible business revenue within the first year.
**What You Will Bring**
- 10 + years of experience in marketing, specifically with OEMs or alliances.
- Strong understanding of EMEA or regional markets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure success through metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Project management expertise to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of effective marketing activities and strategies.
- Familiarity with hybrid multi-cloud solutions (preferred but not required).
- Ability to adapt communication and strategies for diverse cultures.
