We recently released HUMANKIND, a historical strategy epic where players combine cultures and lead their people from the Bronze to the Modern age.

We’re also well known for our critically acclaimed ENDLESS series, played by millions worldwide, including ENDLESS Space, ENDLESS Legend, Dungeon of the ENDLESS, and ENDLESS Space 2. Our next title will be ENDLESS Dungeon, a squad-based rogue-lite tactical action game.

Our close relationship with the community is a core feature of the studio’s philosophy. We’re proud of the way we create games together with our players via Games2Gether, our custom-built community platform that enables our community to play a key role in the creation of our games at every stage of development.

**Description**

We are looking for a Head of QA (permanent contract) to work on a QA strategy forour studio on our different projects.

Under the supervision of the Production Direction, your main responsibilities will include:

- Defining the QA strategy, approach, and execution across our projects in development.
- Developing our QA department (Analysts, Engineers, Testers, QA leaders).
- Developing a roadmap for building required test expertise where necessary.
- Bringing the latest QA automation techniques into the company.
- Implementing changes to improve our approach to releases and live services.
- Attending regular project direction meetings and events to collaborate and influence towards best QA practice.
- Implementing reporting standards and templates to support decision making with multiple stakeholders.
- Documenting and iterating upon our current QA processes.
- Working with QA Lead team, Production and other departments to form, monitor and action QA strategy and aims, and ensure all projects are shipped on time and to the highest quality.
- Maintaining a co-development approach with our partners (SEGA group and 3rd parties).
- Managing the internal QA Lead team (mentoring, recruiting, performance review...).
- Working with Production, HR, and Recruitment to ensure all QA resourcing needs are clear and fulfilled at all times.

**Required experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar or relevant position, with a specialization in video games

**Required skills and profile**
- Fluent in English and in French
- Ability to build, implement, and direct quality assurance principles.
- Experience in QA management across multiple projects
- Knowledge of QA Tools
- Passionate about strategy games / video games
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles (developers, players’ community, artists )
- Flexibility and adaptability
