MISSIONS

En tant que premier Head of Architecture, au sein d’une équipe Tech composée de 4 squads (1 Front, 1 Back, 1 CRM, 1 personne axée sécurité et 1 QA), votre rôle est d’orienter, d’expliquer et de guider les membres de l’équipe sur les projets de conception et de développement en cours et à venir tout en participant à l’implémentation des fonctionnalités au sein de l’équipe Tech. Vous participez à la prise de décision concernant les choix de design Architecture notamment sur la refonte du back office, l’architecture du site web et des espaces privés des clients pour une meilleure transparence sur leurs investissements réalisés. Enfin, en collaboration avec le CTO et le Responsable Infrastructure, vos missions portent également sur des projets d’architecture liés à l’infrastructure afin de créer un lien avec la partie produit.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous avez une formation bac +5 (école d’ingénieur, informatique ou universitaire spécialisée en Data)

Vous avez minimum 10 ans d'expérience en développement dans des environnements diversifiés

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’ un langage back-end de développement : idéalement C#, Javascript, Typescript, React et PHP. Vous rejoignez un environnement en Azure Cloud.

Vous avez une forte appétence pour les enjeux d’architecture et de refonte dans un environnement dynamique et polyvalent

Vous avez une expérience significative de minimum 3 ans en tant que Système Software ou Architecte Système sur un domaine incluant plusieurs équipes

Vous avez une expérience significative dans plusieurs environnements flexibles et structurés (idéalement start-up et / ou financier)

Vous êtes leader force de proposition, autonome, très rigoureux, doté de fortes capacités d'adaptation et d’analyse, capable de comprendre un environnement technique riche, solution-oriented et très porté sur l’humain
