**Job Description**:
**As Lead Construction Planner / Scheduler your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the implementation and maintenance of project processes for scheduling.
- Presenting monthly reports to the client and relevant others.
- Collaborating with other disciplines to drive towards project goals in keeping with the client's principles of trust, transparency and teamwork.
- Maintain an awareness of schedule interfaces with other programmes.
- Manage the development, change and improvement of the client Master Schedule providing planning expertise to the project and programme team.
- Identify, evaluate and provide solutions to issues arising.
- Manage the change process, analyze schedule impact, generate KPIs and provide feedback on areas of risk and opportunity.
- Incorporate relevant financial data in the programme to produce a project cost/time distribution profile and communicate results to relevant parties.
- Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.
- Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the change control process as needed.
- Produce project reports or data directly from planning software arranging data to ensure alignment with the financial software.
- Understanding and reporting on a project using earned value analysis techniques and interpret/communicate the results and any corrective action to the project team.
- Ensure that any business development leads or opportunities are actioned in a timely manner to ensure maximum chances of success.
- Recruit, induct and develop new team members.
- Business level English and French language skills
