**Location: Guipavas, France** **Opportunity** Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Production, vous pilotez les activités terrain de Logistique amont et expéditions. A ce titre, vous avez la responsabilité de manager une équipe de 50 collaborateurs avec l’aide de vos chefs d’équipe et techniciens de Logistique. **Les Missions**: - Assurer le management humain et organisationnel des équipes de Logistique Interne Déployer la culture du « Safety first ». - Accompagner le plan de transformation « Safety scan » - projet d’améliorer la sécurité dans la gestion des flux physiques - Accompagnement au changement, développement des compétences et maintien d’un bon climat social qui encourage une culture d’amélioration continue. - Assurer la réception, le stockage et la distribution des composants nécessaire à la fabrication. - Modéliser le besoin en ressources, adapter la ressource à la charge en proposant au Directeur de Production les adaptations requises. - Contribuer à la définition des gammes logistiques et des fiches de postes (Standard work) - Propose et Participe à la définition de l'organisation logistique des flux et l'implantation physique des marchandises afin d'optimiser les capacités de stockage en termes de surface et de volume. - Participer à la conception et la mise en œuvre du plan d’investissement (Cap Plan) - Développer et animer les différents indicateurs de pilotage de la performance, définir les plans d’actions correctifs et assurer leur animation - Suivi avec le service Maintenance des plans d’entretien et de surveillance des racks, engins de manutention, moyens logistiques. - Participer au contrôle et suivis budgétaires et des coûts de Production. - Contribuer à la démarche des audits sur le terrain (5S, sécurité, process, etc ) - Être acteur de l’amélioration continue de son secteur - Participer à la veille technologique - Reporting to the Production Director, you manage the field activities of Logistics. You are responsible for managing a team of 50 employees with the help of your team leaders and logistics technicians._ **_ The Missions:_** - _ Ensure the human and organizational management of the Internal Logistics teams_ - _ Deploy the culture of "Safety first". Support the "Safety scan" transformation plan - project to improve safety in the management of physical flows_ - _ Change management, skills development and maintaining a good social climate that encourages a culture of continuous improvement._ - _ Ensure the reception, storage and distribution of components necessary for manufacturing._ - _ Model the need for resources, adapt the resource to the load by proposing to the Production Manager the required adaptations._ - _ Contribute to the definition of logistics ranges and job descriptions (Standard work)_ - _ Proposes and participates in the definition of the logistics organization of flows and the physical location of goods in order to optimize storage capacities in terms of surface and volume._ - _ Participate in the design and implementation of the investment plan (Cap Plan)_ - _ Develop and animate the various performance management indicators, define corrective action plans and ensure their animation_ - _ Follow-up with the Maintenance department of maintenance and monitoring plans for racks, handling equipment, logístical means._ - _ Participate in the control and follow-up of budgets and production costs_ - _ Contribute to the field audit approach (5S, security, process, etc...)_ - _ Be an actor in the continuous improvement of your sector_ - _ Participate in the technological survey_ **Skills/Requirements** **Profil**: Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez l’expérience de pilotage d’opérations Logistiques idéalement dans un contexte industriel comprenant de l’assemblage. Maitrise de l’Anglais en contexte international Connaissance d’un ERP impératif. WMS apprécié Connaissances des moyens (racks, chariots, terminaux portables) et réglementations logistiques (CACES, APSAD, stockage,..) - Engineer or equivalent, you have experience in managing Logistics operations ideally in an industrial context including assembly. _Fluent in English in an international context. _Knowledge of ERP. WMS appreciated. _Knowledge of means (racks, trolleys, portable terminals) and logistics regulations (CACES, APSAD, storage,..)_ **Qualités Requises**: Manageur confirmé, véritable pilote d’équipe Sens du service client Culture de l’amélioration continue - Confirmed manager, true team driver. _Sense of customer service.
