**Opportunity**

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Projets Service EMEA, vous êtes responsable de la planification et de la coordination des activités de mise en service de projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Vos principales missions seront:

- Analyser le cahier des charges projet et les engagements service en terme de budget et de délais
- Etablir le planning détaillé de mise en service en lien avec la maitrise d’oeuvre
- Rédiger les procédures de mise en service dans le cadre de la remise documentaire projet
- Quantifier les ressources et compétences nécessaires à l’exécution des services
- Coordonner l’activité des intervenants et collecter les données d’avancement
- Participer aux réunions de coordination avec la maitrise d’oeuvre client et autres acteurs du projets
- Suivre la rentabilité des activités service liées au projets
- Related to the EMEA Service Project Manager, you are responsible of the planning and the coordination of commisionning activities for high value added projects._
- Your main missions are :_
- _Analyze the project and service commitments in terms of budget and deadlines_
- _Establish the detailed commissioning schedule related to the executive part_
- _Write commissioning procedures for the documentary delivery project_
- _Quantify the resources and skills required to perform services_
- _Coordinate the activity of stakeholders and collect progress data_
- _Participate in coordination meetings with the project supervisor customer and other members of the project_
- _Monitor the profiability of service activities related to the projects_

**Skills/Requirements**
- Maitrise de l’anglais requise
- Connaissance des techniques de gestion de projet
- Capacité d’analyse des systèmes et de synthèse
- Capacité à organiser et à fédérer
- Bon relationnel, communicant(e)
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels sur la zone EMEA
- Fluent english/french_
