**Job Description**:
Integrated in the Product & Tech department, the Data & Analytics Office is a transversal team working with all business & operational teams at central & local level. Aside Data Governance, Data Engineering & Data Insights teams, Data Transformation is aimed to ensure value creation thanks to data products as well as leveraging data culture across the group. We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our data strategy across all countries & brands part of EMobG Group.
**Main missions**
Raising Data culture through training, education & communication
- Animate our data community with relevant material & communication
- Develop training materials to educate & onboard EMobG employees on data products & best practices
- Analyze data & develop impactful visualizations & communication material to raise knowledge on main group KPIs
- Conduct trainings sessions or meetings to promote a better understanding of data within the organization
- Support the organization of our annual Data Day event - Aimed to gather key data actors across the group to leverage our data culture
Ensuring data products adoption & value creation
- Support the BI tool migration plan actions (Business Objects to Qlik Sense)
- Support ROI approach by feeding our data products value assessment framework
- Explore market best practices regarding data & propose relevant actions to be taken to improve EMobG strategy
**Internal & External Relationships**
- Direct line : Reporting to Group Head of Data Transformation
- Internal :Data Team, Key Data actors at central & local level, Communication
- External : Consulting firms & partners
**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience**: Previous internship in project management or data position
**Education level / certificates** : E-commerce / Communication School
**Languages** : Fluent in english (and in french is a plus)
**Computer skills and software used**: First experience on BI/data tools
**Personal characteristics**: Autonomy, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment
