Current manufacturing software solution will be obsolete and we need to redefine our processes for the next 10 to 20 years.

If you are looking for a global challenging role in a dynamic environment with multicultural collaboration on manufactuing, you will be welcome on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessment on the current Manufacturing softaware solutions (Aion, SAP, local database) and processes
- Design and create functional specifications for the new manufacturing data model and processes in co-construction with the Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions regions stakeholders and experts for the 5 product categories described above
- Embed sustainable and compliance data in the design of the specification, in line with the sustainability purpose of the Group.
- Animation and coordination with Manufacturing experts in the various regions to design aligned and harmonized manufacturing processes.
- Project manager for the development of the new digital manufacturing solution by the IT team that will follow above steps
- Project manager to deploy the new system across all regions worldwide with preparation of the data migration

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Competencies**:

- Engineering background in complex industrial area
- Proven track record in Manufacturing processes and project management for 5y minimum in a worldwide context preferably
- Experience coordinating with various continents and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in process design, workflow, and data workflow.
- Deliverables and timeline management.
- Preferably, experience with Digital project.

**Soft Skills**:

- Structured and process-minded.
- Good animator and strong communication skills to reach global alignment
- Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to project on a larger scope.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Good contributor, listener, and team player.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing roles in complex industrial domain
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data flows.
- Experience with Managing various manufacturing type of products and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
