**Job description**:
As the EPM Product Manager, you'll be responsible for steering the vision and direction of our enterprise-wide performance management systems. Working at the intersection of business operations, Finance and IT, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our EPM systems effectively support business strategy and drive operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements for our EPM system. Ensure alignment with overall company objectives.- Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the EPM system evolves in line with user needs and business priorities.- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.- Feature Delivery: Work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure that features are delivered on time and to specification.- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing efforts and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards.- Training and Support: Partner with the training team to ensure users are adequately trained. Address any user concerns post-implementation.- Roadmap Planning: Plan and communicate the future direction of the EPM product to ensure alignment with evolving business strategies and technologies.- Vendor Management: Engage with EPM software vendors for product updates, customizations, and support.- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of the EPM system, identify areas of improvement, and implement enhancements.**Profile Requirement**
**_ Qualifications:_**
- Master degree in Finance,
- Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role,
- Mandatory with EPM systems (HFM, EssBase), exp with Onestream is a plus
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
**_Preferred Skills:_**
- Hands-on experience with leading EPM tools in the market.
- Certification in Scrum Product Ownership or similar Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs relevant to various business functions.
