**We Offer**:

**The job**:
As an affiliate manager for this iGaming company your responsibilities mainly include promoting affiliate offers and closing deals that will ensure a positive ROI. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Sign up new affiliates to programs and maintain relationships with existing as well as new affiliates
- Analyse market standards of other programs on the market
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance and make the right decisions on when actions are necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance affiliate performance regarding marketing, landing pages, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the head of affiliates to improve ROI, efficiency, and overall performance
**Your qualifications**:
You speak and write Russian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Minimum 3 years experience in affiliate management in the iGaming industry.
- The experience has to be recent in order to bring in affiliates.
- Contact to different sources in the field.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills with good relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
