As the Affiliate Manager at SharkNinja, you will lead the strategy and execution of our affiliate efforts within TikTok Shop (France) - one of the fastest-growing social commerce platforms. Your focus will be on scaling creator partnerships, optimizing product visibility, and driving halo across sales channels while maintaining a relationship-first program. Working cross-functionally with teams in Performance Media, Social, Category Marketing, Analytics, and Creative, you’ll ensure cohesive messaging across the funnel while capitalizing on TikTok-native trends and behaviours. This is a unique opportunity to own a high-impact, revenue-generating channel and help shape how SharkNinja shows up in the evolving world of social commerce in France.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop France affiliate programme by recruiting and managing high-performing creators and partners aligned with our brand values and target audience.
Develop and execute data-led affiliate campaigns to maximise product visibility, engagement and conversion on TikTok Shop France, with clear KPIs for sales, traffic and ROI.
**Promotions & pricing**: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate creators, presenters and agencies, providing hands-on support and guidance to maximise performance and brand alignment.
Lead the planning and execution of TikTok Shop livestreams in France, working closely with creators, presenters and internal teams to deliver compelling, on-brand shopping content.
Coordinate livestream production logistics including product selection, scripting, scheduling and promotional amplification in partnership with brand, PR and digital teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., social, category marketing, media, eCommerce, and commercial) to ensure affiliate and livestream efforts align with campaign calendars and sales objectives in the French market.
Optimise commission structures, incentives and content guidance to encourage performance and retention across a diverse affiliate base.
Use TikTok Shop’s native analytics, alongside internal data sources, to monitor and report on performance, sharing actionable insights with local and international stakeholders.
Stay ahead of TikTok and affiliate marketing trends, platform updates and competitor activity in France to inform agile campaign planning.
Champion best practice in social commerce and affiliate marketing within SharkNinja, supporting knowledge sharing and scaling success across markets where appropriate.
About you
Ideally at least 1 year’s experience with TikTok Shop Affiliates Program and working with creators. Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Centre and TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) is essential.
At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, content trends, and what drives conversions on the platform.
Knowledge of live streaming best practices and tools.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, commission models, and performance-based partnerships.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong commercial acumen and results-driven.
A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and
