As a Solutions Architect for the newly formed Geo Hunter team, you will be an essential part of this mission and have the opportunity to significantly impact the Enterprise Greenfield territory across accounts and industries in the region

You will use your technical expertise and work with a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity to create customised solutions to help demonstrate how our Data Intelligence Platform can help customers solve their complex data challenges to achieve their goals and guide their businesses forward.

**The impact you will have**:

- Create impactful and successful relationships with customers throughout your assigned territory, providing technical and business value to Databricks customers in collaboration with the extended team.
- Become the trusted advisor of your customer on the Data and AI landscape by successfully driving and delivering the adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Grow your knowledge and expertise to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.

**What we look for**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience engaging in customer interactions for technical pre-sales and complex sales lifecycles.
- Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences, requiring an ability to switch context and/or levels of technical depth.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialised customer needs, navigate a competitive landscape and influence C-level executives by developing relationships and orchestrating teams to achieve long-term customer success.
- Hands-on expertise with complex Big Data architecture design and public cloud platform(s) solutions.
- Strong expertise in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering architecture and implementation.
- Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (i.e., Python, SQL etc.) and willingness to learn Spark.

Notes on mandatory requirements:

- Location for the role will be in Paris (or within a commutable distance for hybrid schedule).
- Flexibility to travel (up to 20-30% as required for customer meetings, events and trainings).
- Business proficiency in both French and English is required as a minimum.
