In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences. **About the Role** We are looking for a Production manager that ensures that the day and program are produced efficiently, within budget and meeting established quality standards by coordinating all production-related activities from pre-production to post-production and ensuring that deadlines and technical requirements are met. **Main Responsibilities** - Production Planning and Coordination: Coordinate the planning and execution of the production of audiovisual content, including the preparation of the Venue or locations, staff and technical equipment. - Resource Management: Ensure that adequate resources, such as personnel, equipment and budget, are allocated for each production project. This involves careful planning and efficient management of available human, material and financial resources. - Budget Tracking: Manage the budget allocated for each television production project, ensuring that expenses are kept within the established limits and that the return on investment is maximized. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the production of the day and program, such as technical problems, production delays or changes in client requirements, to ensure continuity of the project. - Deadline Compliance: Ensure that television programs are produced within the established deadlines, complying with scheduled transmission times and avoiding delays that may affect the timely delivery of the final product. - Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate teams of technical and support personnel to ensure effective collaboration and efficient workflow. - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors, casters and production personnel, ensuring favorable terms for the project and compliance with industry standards. - Interdepartmental Relations: Collaborate with other departments within the production company, such as content, communication, marketing and commercial, to ensure a cohesive and successful production **Requirements**: - 6+ years of experience in similar positions. - Studies in Communication, Journalism, Entertainment Management or similar. - Knowledge of processes and techniques of television or film production. Experience with audiovisual production, technical production equipment, post-production, live broadcasting, on-set safety, production management and office software. - Skilled in planning, organization, effective communication, conflict resolution, proactivity, customer focus, empathy, teamwork and flexibility
