We are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent individual with 3+ years of relevant commercial or music video production experience to join our growing permanent team in Paris. This role is perfect for someone looking to make an impact within an independent, creative production company known for its high aesthetic standards and impressive client list.

Salary: (Based on experience)

Date of position commencement: ASAP

Standard Hours: 10am-6pm Monday – Friday

Holmes Production is a uniquely personal, full-service production facility. Founded in 2010 by producer Laura Holmes, we are an independent company dedicated to creativity, artistry and the power of the image. We work in motion, stills and events from art buying and concept development through to execution and completion. Our clients include fashion and luxury brands, creative and advertising agencies, artists, filmmakers and photographers.

KEY DUTIES

  • Producer Support: Assist producers throughout the project lifecycle, from the brief stage through to creative development, budgeting, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, and wrap. Communicating effectively and eloquently up to the Producer and as briefed to the client, as well as to the Production Coordinators and Assistant, Freelancers and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and freelance team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stages of production.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Supplier interaction: Help curate and cost control the suppliers for the project, ensuring they can work to our standards and deliver on time with all the information they may need, and in turn that we meet their deadlines and remunerate them in time.

Essential Skills/Experience

· years in production management, or a very experienced Production Coordinator ready to step up.

·      Strong organisational skills

·      The ability to multi-task

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Knowledge of salaire minima conventionnels, intermittent du spectacle, payroll processes and working time rules.

·      Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

·      Attention to detail and creative integrity.

·      Positive "can-do" attitude, reliable, and trustworthy.

·      Team player who is flexible, hardworking, and thorough.

·      Quick learner with a resourceful approach.

·      Strong interest in fashion and luxury

·      Bilingual – French / Englidh

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Understanding of various media channels and platforms.
  • Driving licence.
  • Additional languages.
  • A sense of humour and neat handwriting.
