[apprenticeship] E-commerce Projects Manager

**CONTEXT**:
In the Commerce team and reporting to one of our 4 e-commerce projects managers, you play a key role in ManoMano's growth by contributing to activate our commercial animation strategy in all countries.
Working closely with other internal teams (country markets, sourcing, category management, CRM, digital marketing, communication and product) you will learn how to build, activate and measure commercial operations' business impact on our growth.

**MAIN MISSIONS**:
Help the team to **run the commercial calendar operations**:
- Build and run operations: from brief to launch, you’ll coordinate teams to run commercial operations: brief our studio for message and creative assets, identify the right categories for products sourcing, define marketing activation plan (newsletters, affiliation, display, SEA, communication etc.), operational launch of the operations (incl. cross team coordination).
- **
Add local flavor**: in charge of supporting countries performances, you’ll work with dedicated teams to adapt our commercial operations locally.
Analyze and improve performance**:learn how to build action plans, produce and analyze reports **to optimize commercial performances with sourcing and marketing.
Help the team to stay updated by **identifying best practices in commercial animation mechanics** and by providing an accurate benchmark in all our countries.
**PROFILE**:
- following a Master’s degree in digital marketing / data or communication,
- a first experience in digital / marketing is a plus,
- organization, rigor, analytical skills,
- business sense and data oriented
- fluent in English and French + oral aisance,
- desire to start your career by a digital / e-commerce / international valuable experience.
**Start period**: early September for 1 full year.
