**MISSIONS**:
Au sein de l'équipe DTC (E-Commerce Direct) Europe, vous travaillerez en soutien de l'activité e-commerce de 3 marques (maquillage, skincare et parfums). Vous aurez l'opportunité d'explorer la gestion d'une boutique en ligne et de travailler sur des projets e-commerce au niveau global pour ces marques.

**GESTION DE SITE E-COMMERCE**:
**E-Merchandising**: mise en avant des best sellers et suivi des KPI
Identification des opportunités de cross-selling afin de générer des revenus supplémentaires.
Mise en place des offres promotionnelles via Shopify
Préparer les lancements de nouveaux produits (pages produits, pricing, tests du parcours client) et gestion des mises à jour du contenu du site web.

ONLINE USER EXPERIENCE
Tester des nouvelles fonctionnalités et du parcours de l'utilisateur
Soutien à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles versions sur les sites de commerce électronique, participation aux phases UAT et suivi de la résolution des bugs.

**MARKETING ACTIVATION**:
Suivi du calendrier marketing en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du siège et les licences
Identification des besoins créatifs et briefing de l'équipe de conception.

**ANALYSE DES VENTES ET BENCHMARK**:
Suivi des performances et soutien à l'analyse des lancement de produits
Veille concurrentielle

**E-COMMERCE DTC ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the DTC (E-Commerce Direct) Europe team, you will support online sales activity of 3 brands (makeup, skincare and fragrance). You will have the opportunity to explore and deep dive on how to manage an online store and work on global e-commerce projects.

**SITE MANAGEMENT**:

- E-Merchandising: highlighting best sellers by monitoring e-commerce KPIs, identifying cross-selling opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Setting up promotional offers using Shopify
- Preparing new product launches (product pages, content accuracy, customer journey testings) and leading website content updates

**ONLINE USER EXPERIENCE**:

- Testing new features and the user journey
- Support for the implementation of new releases to e-commerce sites, participation in UAT phases and monitoring bug resolutions

**MARKETING ACTIVATION**:

- Monitoring marketing calendar in close collaboration with the HQ team and licences
- Identifying creative needs and briefing the design team

**SALES ANALYSIS AND BENCHMARK**:

- Performance monitoring and support for product analysis
- Weekly benchmarks
