Our client is an innovative FinTech company specializing in delivering advanced solutions for financial institutions in the Wealth Management sector. With a strong focus on empowering financial entities, they provide cutting-edge tools and services tailored to manage high-net-worth clients effectively.

**Tasks**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with large institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of services.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities, pitch services, and close deals.
- Leverage expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Family Offices to support client engagement and resolve complex financial challenges.
- Work on technical operations, including securities management and security masters, to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize experience from HQ or central office roles to implement best practices in client relationship management. (Not branch office)

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related fields, with a strong understanding of high-net-worth clients' needs.
- Background in B2B and B2C environments, with demonstrated ability to navigate and manage diverse client profiles
- Knowledge of securities operations and financial instruments.
- French C2 and Fluency in English (written and spoken). Preferred:

- Based in Paris, with knowledge of the local financial market and ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Empathy, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of the financial services sector.
