**Our Team**

The Organization Uxopian product teams are multidisciplinary and autonomous. They bring together developers, product designers, and product managers. Each team focuses on one or several clearly defined objectives (OKRs) shared by all Uxopian teams.

A support team is there to interface with clients, and a QA team plays the role of the first internal client, testing each new development. We have adopted an agile methodology and maximize the improvement of our practices. Specifically: we use a mix of Scrum and Kanban, and our daily routine is punctuated by key rituals: daily meetings, short iterations, and frequent reviews and retrospectives.

**Our vision of the position**

As part of the expansion of its activities and for the redesign of its flagship product ARender, Uxopian wishes to recruit an experienced ReactJS developer.

You will be the ReactJS technical reference for product optimization, focusing on resources, performance, and quality.

We attach particular importance to code quality, security vulnerability monitoring, and innovation. Above all, we are looking for developers who are committed to building the best possible product.

**Your Responsabilities**:
You will bring your technical expertise and theoretical knowledge to software architecture discussions (Design Authority).
- You will assist the Technical Leader in technical decisions and their implementation.
- You will continue the ReactJS redesign work.
- You will advise and support the team in feature implementation.
- You will participate in the development of significant features.
- You will conduct technological watch to benefit from the latest relevant innovations

**Technical stack**

On the development side:

- Back-end: Java, C, Spring Framework, SpringBoot,
- Front-End: ReactJS, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript

On the CI/CD side:

- Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Mend

You have graduated from a computer science school (Master's degree). You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ReactJS development.

**Hard Skills**
- Strong experienced in ReactJS
- Good knowledge of Bash and Linux
- Good knowledge of networking and architecture
- Experience in Java/Spring/Spring Boot is a plus
