**Aix-en-Provence (13) - Permanent position - Start date: 1 November 2025**
Are you passionate about operational marketing, rigorous, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills? Join a human-sized company as a Marketing Project Manager, to manage a major client account in the High-Tech sector (speakers, sound bars, headphones).
**Your main tasks**
Reporting to management, you will be responsible for the complete management of a strategic client account (leading high-tech audio/sound company):
- Precise operational management of a nationwide network of shops (monitoring each shop on a case-by-case basis)
- Logistical monitoring: state of equipment, updates, coordination with the logistician based in Vitrolles
- Daily interface and contact with sales outlets, the customer, the POP manufacturer and field staff
- Organisation and monitoring of after-sales service work on in-store furniture
- Setting up dashboards and monitoring tools
- Occasional travel required: Paris (customer), Vitrolles (logistician), and at the POP manufacturer(s) (Amsterdam) for display training.
- Translation of technical supports (assembly instructions) for field teams.
**Management**
- Managing a field team responsible for maintenance and after-sales service
- Individual monitoring of situations in shop
- Coordination of corrective actions
**Profile required**
- First successful experience in marketing or logistics project management
- Appetence for tech - audio
- Knowledge of connectors or in-store displays would be a plus
- Ability to make decisions and arbitrate
- Excellent attention to detail, autonomy and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- **Fluent French and English essential** (regular exchanges with English-speaking contacts)
**Possible career paths**
Eventually, you may be required to:
- Participate in the recruitment of field staff
- Setting up and managing sales events
