**Location (France Hybrid / Denmark Hybrid / Germany Remote)**

As our Business Operations Manager you will support the Vice President of Production with all the pricing and quoting requirements for production across the globe. You’ll be key in developing business models, implementing a global price strategy, identifying initiatives to drive business profitability and optimization, ensuring pricing governance and providing data and reports to enable decisions and continuous improvement.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Work in close coordination with cross-functional leaders (SCM, Test Operations, Procurement, Development and Sales) globally to ensure building an effective business model for new and existing products
- Define, develop, evaluate, and manage pricing models and initiatives to optimize revenue and long-term profits
- Steer all pricing related topics, ensure pricing governance and manage the pricing processes
- Implement the global pricing strategy for different business models
- Drive Production business profitability analysis and identify improvement opportunities with the functional leaders and promote the use of business case thinking
- Conduct regular cost review for budgeted cost vs. actuals to ensure they stay in line
- Track overall Production business cost and engage with relevant parties for optimization
- Provide actionable business insights, through dashboards, reports and analysis, to help the functional stakeholders to make data-driven decisions

- Continuous Improvement: must regularly propose and implement continuous improvement action in field of expertise
- Quality: responsible for defining and ensuring quality process of the department & follow up of the quality processes by the team members

- IT & Technologies: must respect our IT & Technology policy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years working experience in Semiconductor industry and in similar business operations role preferred
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Excel and experience building dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent) preferred
- Occasional travel may be required
