Join our Marketing team as a Social Media Intern and be at the forefront of shaping our Pelico online presence.

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online reach and connecting with our audience on various platforms and will have the opportunity to cross-work with different teams internally.

This internship will be driven by Marketing & HR collaboration:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop eye-catching and shareable content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor & Youtube)
- Craft compelling captions and stories to enhance engagement.
- Contribute to building HR and corporate editorial calendars.
- **Platform Management & Analytics**:

- Assist in managing our Instagram page dedicated to employer branding.
- Put forward social media strategies by tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Design and publish content that corresponds with analysis reports.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and nurture a positive online community.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and collaboration.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media components of campaigns.
- Support your fellow marketers by producing assets (booth designs, ads) for physical and digital events.
- Participate in designing our new landing pages for lead generation purposes.
- Contribute ideas for innovative and effective social media initiatives.

**Preferred Experience**:

**What you embody**
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant Master Degree Master in Communication and you are sponsored by your school (Internship agreement required)
- 360° creative mind mastering graphic design, motion design, and visual creation. Experience in video recording and motion design is a plus.
- Passionate for social media trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing
- Working in a supportive and creative team & fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills with a creative flair, written and verbal in English
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.

- Business sense, autonomy, good communication, and highly energetic
- Organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
