**Your responsibilities**:
- Project Advancement: Drive projects to ready-to-build (RTB) status and financial decision-making
- Portfolio Management: Lead co-development portfolios, addressing challenges to ensure successful progression
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Resolve project obstacles using internal and external resources
- Reporting & Approvals: Maintain accurate project reporting for informed decisions and timely approvals
- Budget Oversight: Deliver projects on time, within budget, with clear financial monitoring
- Due Diligence: Evaluate portfolio acquisitions and partnerships with permitting expertise
- Knowledge Sharing: Share permitting and regulatory expertise to support team development
**Your profile**:
- Extensive knowledge of project development, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connections
- Proven track record in utility-scale solar and/or wind projects up to financial investment decisions
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and long-term planning
- Proficient in project management tools with clear, concise reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in international and multicultural settings
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset
- Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field
- Technical expertise in onshore wind and solar projects
- Familiarity with financial tools and concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills to represent the business to external stakeholders
- Resilient, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
