We are looking for an **Operations Team Lead - Compliance **to grow our business. Your role will focus on supporting the scalability of our business by ensuring compliance with operations and ensuring conformity with current regulations.

**Your daily adventures will include**:

- **Support** all Bolt's business operations in Paris
- **Develop analytical models and reports**, focusing on the reactivation of existing drivers and team performance
- Become an **expert** of compliance processes, audit methods and develop new anti-fraud tools
- **Manage** an outsourced team to ensure the performance aligns with business requirements

**We are looking for**:

- You have **1 year experience** in management
- You're a **great communicator** and motivator
- You have a **data-driven analytical mindset** (Excel skills are a must)
- You're a **hustler**, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- You have **excellent spoken and written English & French **
- You're **passionate** about new technologies and ride-sharing

**You will get extra credits for**:
- Previous experience in audit, consulting, internal control or business management
- Previous experience in digital collaborative platforms
