Overview:
Mission:
Your mission is to develop the software business with clients using GRAITEC software without official authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the License Compliance (LC) Pipeline:
o Identify potential leads using Smartflow, qualify their relevance, check CRM status/history, document

detailed contact information, and filter out false positives.

o Qualify ITCA leads and organize discussions with the Sales Manager to determine GO/NOGO status.
- Engage GRAITEC Sales Representatives on Qualified LC Leads:
o Create a case document for each qualified lead.

o Send cases to the appropriate Sales Representative within the GRAITEC organization.

o Setup calls when needed to initiate the LC process.

o Escalate cases to the LC Sponsor if required.
- Follow-Up on the LC Pipeline:
o Schedule and participate in ongoing pipeline reviews with LC Pipeline owners and the LC Sponsor for

coaching, feedback, and refining approaches to LC opportunities.

o Gather requests for special bids or scopes, submit them to the LC Sponsor, and update the shared LC log

file.
- Reporting:
o Provide weekly reports, including new qualified leads, won/lost cases, special considerations, issues

encountered, and proposed solutions.

o Attend weekly meetings with the LC Sponsor.

o Prepare ITCA meetings with slide decks based on provided templates.

o Assist the LC Sponsor in preparing monthly ExCom meetings.
- Qualify and convert your opportunities.
- Collaborate with your Managers and European Sales Teams (working language: English).
- Make forecasts and meet your quarterly and annual commitments.
- Continuously track your activities in the CRM.

Success metrics
- Number of qualified leads.
- Quarterly, annual, and monthly revenue and margin.
- Number of new clients signed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Final-year student in Business School or equivalent

(Bac+5).
- Proven aptitude for business development.
- Professional level written and verbal

communication in English. Excellent written and

verbal communication skills in French

- Strong client relationship skills, with a love for challenges, curiosity, and creativity.
- Adaptability, autonomy, persuasiveness, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
